This Arbor Heights abode had a sizeable exterior space but lacked the refinement it needed to hit the market.
This home boasts a large yard and patio in the Arbor Heights neighborhood. While the exterior space alone may have intrigued some potential buyers, features like a carpeted bath and dated interior could have easily turned them away. Some key upgrades helped this home reach its full potential.
The main projects for this home involved:
