# Speedy Woodland Refresh

This Sacramento-area home needed a full refresh inside and out.

Corey Eames, real estate agent with eXp Realty, helped his sellers tackle a few quick pre-listing updates with Curbio. We painted throughout, took on a handful of flooring updates, improved curb appeal, and made minor electrical and plumbing upgrades. The entire project only took 5 weeks from start to finish.

This incredible [kitchen transformation](https://curbio.com/spaces/kitchen-updates/) is not nearly as in depth as it appears. All we did was add a fresh coat of paint on the cabinets and update hardware.

We painted all walls, ceilings, and trim throughout the home – including brightening up this cave of a bedroom.

The bathrooms were in good shape and didn’t need much love in order to stand out to buyers. We tackled minor electrical updates and installed new toilets.

We focused on [updating curb appeal](https://curbio.com/curb-appeal-blog/6-ideas-improve-house-curb-appeal/) by adding fresh mulch, trimming shrubs, removing debris, and painting the front door.

We did a thorough presentation cleaning throughout the home and made extensive HVAC updates.
