# Significant Elk Grove Refresh

With the help of a classic Curbio refresh, this Sacramento home was ready to hit the market.

After a few strategic pre-listing updates, eXp agent, LuAnn Shikasho, made her clients’ dreams a reality.

The kitchen was the main focus for this refresh. We installed brand new quartz countertops, painted the cabinets, and added an on-trend subway tile backsplash.

We installed a stainless steel dishwasher and [waterproof luxury vinyl tile (LVT)](https://curbio.com/curb-appeal-blog/why-lvt-increase-home-value/) flooring. The cabinets were painted white and finished with modern black hardware to match today’s most popular trends.

We painted the walls and ceiling in the primary suite to create a blank slate in which buyers can envision themselves.
