# Fresh Chesapeake Remodel

We renovated this lovely Virginia home.

We renovated a lovely home in Chesapeake, Virginia, increasing its value. Micah Gardner of Crescas Real Estate partnered with Curbio to completely remodel the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Work included painting and new flooring, as the home had damages and sorely needed these updates to realize its full earning potential.
